Originally from the state of Texas and with a 5 yr tenure in CO Curt has been guiding in the West for 12 years through Westbank Anglers in Jackson, WY. The home waters of the Snake, with the native fine-spotted Snake River Cutthroat, being the targeted species as well as the big browns of the Green and the South Fork. He also has working knowledge of the Teton, Henrys Fork and the Salt. His favorite fishing is any bad weather day. He can be seen regionally on RSN, as well as Cloudveil's MountainCulture online. After years of guiding, his on-water knowledge is used continually to develop Cloudveil's fishing line of apparel. He is also ambassador for Kaenon Polarized, and the pro staffs of Gloomis and Clackacraft. In the winter he is a member of the Jackson Hole Ski Patrol, "cheating death, saving lives and blowing snow up". Off seasons are the time for travel to warmer destinations. He has travelled throughout Mexico and the Florida Keys, fishing for bonefish, permit and tarpon. Last season was spent in Andros Island poling the west side looking for the big bones. Curt, his wife Shannon and their daughter Cadence live in Victor, Idaho. He can be reached for fishing through World Cast Anglers or chamby@ida.net
