From the redwoods of Northern California's coast to the white sand beaches of Los Roques, Venezuela, Keith has explored some serious fly water. He's been in the industry since 1999, and for the last 8 years, he's been helping Leland Fly Fishing Outfitters become one of the fastest growing and most successful fly shops around. Keith proudly oversees the retail floor at Leland's 6,000 square-foot headquarters in downtown San Francisco, California. He's also in charge of Online Customer Service and offers Personal Shopping services, helping clients all over the world make the right gear decisions to suit their unique fly fishing needs. Keith has fished all over the globe but his true passion rests in the rich saltwater fisheries of the world's tropical regions. Belize, Christmas Island, the Florida Keys, Los Roques, and Campeche, Mexico make up only a small portion of his fly fishing resume. Keith works closely with Fly Water Travel of Ashland, Oregon, helping clients get the right gear to make their fly fishing adventure travel experience the best it can be. He also manages Leland's hosted travel program and has recently produced a series of short films documenting some of his best trips: Makos on the Fly, Campeche Tarpon, The Bones of Los Roques,and Red Marshland compose his current catalog of fly fishing cinema. For Keith, fly tying is an important contributor to his deep passion for the sport. Closer to home in the San Francisco Bay Area, Keith pursues stripers in the Delta as well as trout in some of the planet's very best blue ribbon streams. Keith is also a sucker for sharks on the fly and he's determined to unlock the secrets of some of the killer flats near Point Reyes, which hold some giant leopard sharks.
