Keith is co-owner of World Wide Angler Fly Shop & Owns Fish 907 Guide Service in Anchorage, Alaska. When he is not behind the counter at the shop, he is on the water chasing trout & salmon. Keith spends about 100 days a year fishing & guiding in bristol bay & south central Alaska. Keith's specialty is guiding anglers for trophy trout. He was raised in Moses Lake, Washington and started fishing at the age of 3, with pictures to prove it! His dad took him fishing every chance they had and focused on fishing stillwater in the Columbia basin. He began tying his own flies at the age of 13. After completing 4 years in the USAF, Keith immediately moved to Alaska in 1997. Keith decided to take a year off from college to fish, that is when he met Mike McGovney. They became good friends and fished together often. In April of 2001 they started World Wide Angler Fly Shop. "Fly fishing is our passion, we just had to find a way to mix business with pleasure, a fly shop and guide service made perfect sense." Keith says. Keith has been using Hatch reels for 3 seasons. Here is what he has to say. "Sure the Hatch reel is super sexy on the outside, but the reel beauty is on the inside, the drag system. Hatch reels have allowed my clients and I to land trophy trout and it is because of Hatch's drag system, the smoothest drag on any reel I have ever used."
