Ian grew up fly-fishing in the Catskill Mountains and fishing for
stripers and blues from Cape Cod to Long Island. Ian has been involved
in the fly-fishing industry since the early 1990's.  From 1995 to 2008
he owned Breckenridge Outfitters in Colorado, where he was a full
Winston dealer. Ian's shop was given the "Orvis Endorsed Outfitter of
the Year" award a record three times. After leaving Colorado in 2004,
Ian became co-owner of Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, which is a
fly-fishing travel company based in Bozeman, Montana. Ian has fished
extensively throughout the world in both fresh and saltwater and
currently serves as Yellow Dog's Bahamas Program Director. Ian also
